Judy Chodirker, RD, MHSc

Judy is pleased to be your In-Store Dietitian at two Loblaws stores: Richmond Hill and Empress Market, Toronto. Healthy eating should not be complicated or difficult! She has a non-judgmental, practical and realistic approach to making lifestyle changes whether it’s through guidance in understanding your medical condition, planning and preparing meals or grocery shopping. She uses an intuitive eating, non-diet approach to help clients improve their relationships with food, feel energized and reach their health and wellness goals.

Judy is a graduate of the Master of Health Sciences (Community Nutrition) program at the University of Toronto. She received her Bachelor degree in Food and Nutrition from Ryerson University and then completed a dietetic internship at North York General Hospital. She came to Loblaw Companies Ltd. seven years ago with years of experience in clinical and community nutrition. Her areas of expertise include healthy eating through the lifecycle, chronic disease prevention, eating disorders, plant-based eating and preventative health.

It’s confusing out there with so many different nutrition messages and new food products every day. Judy looks forward to helping you in the quest to make food choices to meet your wellness goals!

Lauren Baker, MHSc, RD

Lauren Baker is your In-Store Dietitian at Loblaws Glen Erin and Loblaws Heartland in Mississauga. Lauren provides tailored, realistic advice that fits her clients lifestyle needs! Lauren also recognizes that change isn't always easy, and that you don't have to do it alone. Lauren will work with you, and support you in reaching your health & wellness goals. In addition to personalized coaching, Lauren can also help you with meal planning, label reading, and recipe inspiration! Lauren specializes in digestive health and allergy management. But that's not all! She can also help you with weight loss, diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, fatty liver, picky eating, or general day-to-day family meal planning.

On a personal note, Lauren loves tea and warm fuzzy socks! She also loves going for walks, visiting with family and friends, and loves cooking with music in the background. Her favorite foods are pizza and cookies - in moderation of course! (Yes, dietitians eat these things too!). She also loves travelling, and grew up in the East Coast of Canada!
