The “Forget the Weight, Feel Great” online program provides practical, expert help from your Loblaws dietitians, a written guide and virtual in-store assistance. In six weeks, you will be guided to identify the eating habits and lifestyle factors that influence your relationship with food. Your In-Store Dietitians and supporting resources will provide long-term strategies to help you make peace with food while focusing on what really matters: your health and wellness, not the number of the scale.
