A dietitian since 2013, Ann Marion is passionate about helping people enjoy delicious food while reaching their health goals and improving their relationship with their body.
A mom of two, Ann Marion particularly enjoys working with women in all stages of life, whether they are planning their first pregnancy, feeding a growing family, or moving into menopause.
Areas of practice include but are not limited to: nutrition for fertility, prenatal nutrition, gestational and type 2 diabetes management, polycystic ovary syndrome, anti-inflammatory eating, and infant feeding.

Kelly is a Registered Dietitian in two Zehrs Markets® stores in Guelph and in Fergus. She completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Nutrition at the University of Guelph and her Masters of Health Science at Ryerson University. She then went on to complete a one year dietetic internship at London Health Sciences Centre.
Kelly has a strong passion for nutrition, fitness and helping individuals succeed on their quest to live a healthy lifestyle. Her ultimate goal is to inspire individuals to fall in love with eating delicious and nutritious foods and for them to become excited about taking control of their health.
Kelly strongly believes in practicing what she preaches, so when she’s not busy promoting health and wellness, you’ll usually find her in the walking, hiking, creating tasty meals in the kitchen, or just spending time with friends and family. Kelly can help answer your nutrition questions surrounding a variety of topics, including infant and toddler nutrition, weight management, meal planning, label reading and much more.
Marissa is a Registered Dietitian in St. Johns Newfoundland, who received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Acadia University in 2020. Marissa is passionate about guiding others towards achieving individualized nutrition goals using a non-diet and balanced approach. She enjoys helping others develop a happier relationship with food and providing client with education and tools for long-term health and wellness.
Marissa's interests are Intuitive Eating and Mindfulness. She loves to try new recipes that fuel the body and spend time outside hiking. Other areas of practice include but are not limited to: diabetes management, heart health, and general healthy eating.
