Samantha Blizzard, RD

Samantha is a Registered Dietitian for Charlottetown and Montague Atlantic Superstore locations in PEI. Her credentials include a degree in Food and Nutrition Science from the University of Prince Edward Island, as well as the successful completion of UPEI’s Integrated Dietetic Internship program.

Today, it is no secret that finding nutrition information you can truly rely on can be a major challenge. Whether you are struggling with a health condition that requires making dietary changes or simply looking to begin living a healthier lifestyle, it is easy to become confused with the varying “dos” and “don’ts” of the nutrition world. However, this is where the role of a Registered Dietitian can come into play! Her job as an RD is to provide you with the most up-to-date, evidence-based information you can trust while keeping in mind that there are many factors in our day-to-day lives, which will influence our dietary habits. We are all human, and every persons situation is individualistic.

Samantha has a real passion for food and a strong belief system that no food should be off-limits. Her goal is to help you reach your nutrition goals by guiding you away from an “all or nothing” restrictive dietary approach, towards a more sustainable avenue where all foods can fit.
