Rachel believes that food is so much more than just the sum of its nutrients. It is a source of pleasure, human connection, culture and health. Her main goal is to help clients sift through all the mixed nutrition messages we read and hear about, and discover what foods and eating habits make them feel their best- without having to follow strict diets or food rules! Rachel helps clients with family meal planning, exercise/ sports nutrition, weight optimization, plant- based diets and more!
