Jessica is a Registered Dietitian, who received her Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health (Dietetics Major) from the University of British Columbia in 2012. Since graduating, her career has mainly been concentrated to individual consultations and nutrition education initiatives. She is well versed in hot topics, nutrition trends, and has extensive experience with weight loss.
Jessica is excellent at building rapport and getting results with her clients by building a nutrition plan that is practical and realistic. She believes her enthusiasm, energy and passion for nutrition are great motivators. She practices a non-diet approach that puts an emphasis on recommending achievable and realistic changes that will lead to long-term health and wellness.
Kristy uses an all foods fit approach and believes weight is not a determinant of health status. Her goal is to help clients build better relationships with food and have body trust & respect using mindful eating practices and intuitive eating principles. Kristy graduated from the University of British Columbia and completed her internship at Vancouver Coastal Health. She is currently working as an In-Store dietitian at Loblaw Your Independent Grocer in Coquitlam, Surrey, and Langley. Kristy provides a variety of nutrition services including one-on-one nutrition consultations, grocery tours, school-aged field trips, and corporate wellness workshops. Zahra is an accredited practicing dietitian and an active member of the College of Dietitians of British Columbia and Dietitians of Canada, with over a decade of clinical experience working with people living with cancer, undergoing surgery, struggling with autoimmune disorders, and gastrointestinal disorders.
Zahra is convinced that there is no cookie cutter approach when it comes to nutrition, and this foundational belief informs and guides the way she support her clients.
Areas of practice include but are not limited to: digestive health, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease), Celiac Disease, Acid Reflux, Lactose intolerance, PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome) , Hashimoto's thyroiditis, anti-inflammatory eating, and mindful eating.
